commissioned present for a friend of mine

there are a lot of people that inspire me,
artists, models, photographers, artisans, writers...
they give more than they know to me in what they do JUST by being...
their work motivates me, keeps me going when shit gets serious, and makes me smile when at times that seems almost impossible.
i have been very fortunate...
i have been very lucky...i know this

i cant do nice things all the time...but every now and so often, i can, so i do.

This extremely talented artist,  whom i met here on DA a while ago, impressed me with his vision, his creativity and his ability. i asked if he could take on a commissioned project for me and this was what he was able to do. every time i see his posts, i am impressed by the detail and expression and emotion that is captured in his works.
